THD05 Smartflow is the new technology developed by Odeme for performing dentin permeability tests. The system performs permeability measurements in an automated and direct-reading manner, providing greater speed and practicality in the execution of tests, allowing consistent measurements under different conditions, including very low pressure ranges. The technology works by pressure differential for precise measurements of dentin permeability of dentin discs, even in very low volumes.
It has a completely redesigned filtration chamber that facilitates sample positioning, as well as allowing adjustment of the chamber closing load with graduation on the rod. Thus, it is possible to guarantee reproducibility in the correct positioning of the sample and, above all, parallelism in the closing of the chamber, an important item to ensure a correct sealing of the sample.

Eliminates the infrastructure factor: no connection to the water network or pneumatic network is required. Therefore, pressure fluctuations in the network, which previously caused variations in results, now occur in the THD05 version, since the machine has its own pressure generation system.

Reduced consumption: with just 100 ml of water, numerous tests can be performed.

Easy cleaning and sanitization: low water consumption results in equipment with minimal waste generation. Its entire testing area is made of stainless steel.

Precision: controls working pressure with precision of 0.01 PSI. Measures permeability volume even at very low levels.
